15 Minute AMRAP Workout – CARDIO SHRED #8

THE WORKOUT

Jump Rope = 50 Double Unders or 100 Singles

Burpees = 10 Reps

Jump Rope = 50 Double Unders or 100 Singles

Grasshoppers = 20 Reps

Jump Rope = 50 Double Unders or 100 Singles

Mountain Climbers = 30 Reps

REPEAT FOR 15 MNUTES

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

This HI-JRT Workout Of The Day is a 15 Minute AMRAP Workout.

AMRAP is As Many Rounds As Possible, so set a timer for 15 Minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

Begin this workout by doing 50 Jump Rope Double Unders. If you are unable to do Double Unders you can do 100 Single Jumps.

Then do 10 Burpees.

Next do another set of 50 Double Unders, and then 20 Grasshoppers.

Finally, do 50 more Double Unders, followed by 30 Mountain Climbers.

That completes 1 Round.

12 Minute AMRAP – LOWER BODY POWER #8

THE WORKOUT

Jump Rope = 36 Double Unders or 72 Singles

Dead Lifts = 8 Reps

Front Lunges = 12 Reps

Box Jumps = 16 Reps

REPEAT FOR 12 MNUTES

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

This HI-JRT Workout Of The Day is a 12 Minute AMRAP.

AMRAP is As Many Rounds As Possible, so set a timer for 12 minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

Begin this workout by doing 36 Jump Rope Double Unders, or twice as many Single Jump (72).

Now do 8 Dumbbell Dead Lifts, 12 Dumbbell Front Lunges, and 16 Box Jumps.

That completes 1 round. Repeat as many rounds as you can in 12 minutes.

AMRAP is As Many Rounds As Possible. So, set a timer for 20 minutes and see how many rounds you can complete of this:

Begin this workout with the Jump Rope and do 40 Jumps. To intensify the workout, do Double Unders instead of Single Jumps.

Next, do 30 Kettlebell Swings, 20 Push Ups, and 10 Pull Ups.

That’s 1 Round. Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 Minutes.
