10 Minute EMOM Workout for Upper Body Strength – “Nickels & Dimes”

This Jump Rope Gym workout is a 10 minute EMOM. EMOM is Every Minute On the Minute, so you will be switching movements each minute.

On the ODD minutes you will jump rope for the full minute. On the EVEN minutes you will do 5 Strict Pull Ups and 10 Push Ups. You will then rest for any remaining time in that minute. Repeat for 10 Minutes.

ODD Minutes – Jump Rope
EVEN Minutes – 5 Strict Pull Ups and 10 Push Ups
