Burpees = TABATA (20 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds Rest, Repeat 8 Times)

Knees To Elbows = TABATA (20 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds Rest, Repeat 8 Times)

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

Today’s Workout Of The Day is a TABATA workout. Complete each exercise in order. TABATA is 20 seconds of work, followed immediately by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat each segment 8 times for a total of a 4 minutes.
