Burpee Countdown – Jump Rope Workout Of The Day

 
 

This HI-JRT Fitness workout is a Burpee Countdown Workout.

You will interval between 1 Minute sets of Jump Rope and decreasing sets of Burpees.

Begins with 1 Minute of Jump Rope. Then do 10 Burpees.

Next, do another 1 Minute of Jump Rope, and 9 Burpees.

Continue this sequence, decrease the Burpees by 1 each round.
