DESCRIPTION

You are going to do sets of 18, 15, 12, and 9 of Dumbbell Snatches and Box Jumps. Between each set you will do 100 jump rope rotations.

For the jump rope rotations, you can do single jumps, double unders, or any jump rope movement you choose.
