THE WORKOUT

1 Minute Low Intensity Jump Rope Warm Up

4 Minutes High Intensity Jump Rope Training
Rest 30 Seconds
3 Minutes High Intensity Jump Rope Training
Rest 30 Seconds
2 Minutes High Intensity Jump Rope Training
Rest 30 Seconds
1 Minute Jump Rope Sprint
Rest 1 Minute

Repeat in reverse order

1 Minute Low Intensity Jump Rope Cool Down

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

The intervals of High Intensity jump Rope Training should be done at a high rate of speed and effort. You can do either single jumps, run in place, double unders, or switch it up throughout the interval. As long as it’s intense and pushes you to your limits.

The 1 Minute Jump Rope Sprint should be as fast as you can go at maximum effort.

You will go once through the workout, rest for 1 minute, then do all intervals again in reverse order.
