MINUTE 1: Jump Rope
MINUTE 2: 15 Kettlebell Swings
MINUTE 3: 10 Goblet Squats
Repeat for 5 Rounds
DESCRIPTION
EMOM is Every Minute On the Minute, so you will change exercises each minute. Begin with 1 minute of jump rope. This can be done as single jumps, run in place, double unders, or any jump rope movement you choose.
Once you have completed 1 minute of jump rope, you have 1 minute to complete 15 Kettlebell Swings. Rest for any remaining time in the minute. At the next minute, you will complete 10 Goblet Squats and rest for any remaining time in the minute.
You will repeat this for 5 rounds, for a total workout of 15 minutes.
