This Jump Rope Workout will help you build endurance and allow you to learn new jump rope moves and how to transition between movements.

Complete 1 Round for a 10 Minute workout, or do multiple rounds for a 20 or 30 minute workout.

THE WORKOUT:

2 Foot Jump = 1 Minute
Run In Place = 1 Minute
Rest = 30 Seconds
2 Foot Jump = 1 Minute
High Knees = 1 Minute
Rest = 30 Seconds
2 Foot Jump = 1 Minute
Butt Kicks = 1 Minute
Rest = 30 Seconds
2 Foot Jump = 1 Minute
Freestyle = 1 Minute
Rest = 30 Seconds
