500 Rep Jump Rope Challenge – Week 4

I hope everyone is having a great week so far, and getting back on track after the Thanksgiving holiday. I know it’s difficult to maintain your health and fitness goals over the busy holiday season. But as long as you continue to be active and not indulge too much, you can continue to achieve your goals through the rest of this year.

So let’s work off some of those extra Thanksgiving calories with this weeks HI-JRT 500 Rep Jump Rope Challenge.

THE CHALLENGE

Here is the HI-JRT 500 Rep Challenge Jump Rope Challenge for week 3.

Complete a total of 500 reps of the following movements.

50 Jump Rope Rotations
50 Med Ball Cleans
50 Jump Rope Rotations
50 Med Ball Toss
50 Jump Rope Rotations
50 Med Ball Russian Twists
50 Jump Rope Rotations
50 Med Ball Push Ups
50 Jump Rope Rotations
50 Med Ball Burpees

For the Jump Rope Rotations you can do Single Jumps, Double Unders, or any movement you choose.

Focus on correct form. Tag your friends and workout partners and see who wins.
