Jump Rope and Brute Force Sandbag Workout
THE WORKOUT:
This is a coutdown workout, so you will start with 100 Single Unders or 100 Double Unders and then do 10 reps each of the sandbag complex:
10 Sandbag Burpees
10 Sandbag Deadlifts
10 Sandbag Cleans
10 Sandbag Push Press
Next you will do a set of 9. So 90 Single Unders or 90 Double Unders. Then the same complex but only 9 reps of each movement.
Continue this countown 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. You will end with 10 Single Unders or 10 Double Unders and 1 rep of each movement in the complex.
