Complete 2 Rounds of:

Jump Rope – 2 Minutes
Kettlebell Swings – 1 Minute
Jump Rope – 2 Minutes
KB Goblet Squats – 1 Minute
Jump Rope – 2 Minutes
KB Bent Over Rows – 1 Minute

For the jump rope intervals you can do any movement you choose. You can even intensify the workout by doing double unders.
