Complete all reps of the following movements for a total of 500 Reps.
100 Double Unders
25 Burpees
75 Double Under
50 Push Ups
50 Double Unders
75 Sit Ups
25 Double Unders
100 Mountain Climbers
DESCRIPTION
If you are unable to do jump rope Double Unders you can do Single Unders instead.
