Blast Belly Fat in 1 Minute Intervals – Jump Rope Workout

Let’s blast belly fat with this 1 minute interval workout.

Begin this workout with 1 Minute of Jump Rope. You can do either Single Unders or you can intensify the workout by doing Double Unders.

Next do 1 Minute of Burpees, then another 1 Minute of Jump Rope, followed by 1 Minute of Straight Leg Sit Ups.

Complete the round with 1 Minute of Jump Rope and 1 Minute of 3 Way In & Outs.

Now Rest for 1 Minute.

Complete 3 Rounds.
