Healthy Snacks to Lose Weight

In a recent blog post and video I explained how I was able to get to 3% body fat without dieting by eating healthy snacks. In the post I mentioned that I was eating every 60 to 90 minutes each day. This kept me satisfied and I never felt hungry.
 
I received several requests to explain in more detail what snacks I was eating. So here’s a list of the healthy snacks I eat every day to lose weight and maintain a fit and healthy body.

  • RX Bars
  • KIND Bars
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Beef Jerky
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Raw Unsalted Nuts

With anything you consume, be sure to look at the ingredients and check for added sugar, you don’t want that.

I hope this helps answer your questions about what healthy snacks I eat each day. As I mentioned, I usually eat something every 60-90 minutes. This keeps my metabolism fired up and keeps me from ever feeling hungry. Also, be sure to schedule all you meals and snacks. I eat the same thing at the same time each day.
