50 Double Unders or 100 Singles
50 Kettlebell Swings
50 Sit Ups

40 Double Unders or 80 Singles
40 Kettlebell Swings
40 Sit Ups

30 Double Unders or 60 Singles
30 Kettlebell Swings
30 Sit Ups

20 Double Unders or 40 Singles
20 Kettlebell Swings
20 Sit Ups

10 Double Unders or 20 Singles
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Sit Ups

DESCRIPTION

Begin this workout by doing 50 Double Unders. If you are unable to do Double Unders, just do twice as many single jumps.

Then complete 50 Kettlebell Swings and 50 Sit Ups.

Repeat this sequence of movements for reps of 40, 30, 20, and 10.
