Learn Double Unders – Foot Position and Jump Technique

Proper foot position and jump technique is critical to learn double unders.

Here are some tips to help improve your double unders.

  1. Keep your feet should be close together.
  2. Keep your toes in a line.
  3. Remain own the balls of your feet, towards your toes.
  4. Heals should remain off the ground at all times.
  5. Have a slight bend in your knees.
  6. Jump, or bound, straight up and down.
  7. Your body should be in an upright position, chest up, shoulders back.
